All of Elliott Auctions sales are open to the general public in a cataloged online only format through our App, website, and multiple bidding platforms. Like any traditional auction, we require all bidders to be registered in advance to bid in our sales and to agree to our Terms of Sale. Bidders are issued a unique bidder or paddle number for each sale. All bidders will pay 15% buyers premium paying with a credit card, bidders paying with cash, check, or money order will pay a 15% buyers premium. We accept CASH, check, or major credit card (3.5% fee). Payment in advance is required in order to pickup your items. To schedule a time, contact our office in advance. Please be sure to bring ANY assistance and ALL the packing material you will need, we do not store used materials and do not have staff for loading. We have always shipped in house, and once we receive payment for your items, we can pack and send your shipping quote. We use Shipping Saints to get the best rates in the industry. Your items are professionally packed, using only the best quality materials. Bidding Terms 1 These Conditions apply to those bidders in attendance, online, through our App, or phone bidding directly through us. If you are participating through Live Auctioneers, please read the Terms & Conditions listed there as they will be applied to you. 2 The auctioneers have endeavored to correctly catalog and describe the property being sold, but all property is sold "as is". The auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. All toys are sold as untested and are not guaranteed to work. All pieces to play sets and model kits have been photographed. We don't guarantee the completeness of the sets or kits unless they are described as sealed or complete in their lot description. 3 The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneers shall have absolute discretion as to who was the successful bidder or auctioneer may re-offer the disputed item for sale, if auctioneer so wishes. 4 Successful bidders must pay in full within ten days of sale, and items are not available for pickup until invoiced. In the event of a problem with the internet service, we will stop selling and wait for the internet problem to be resolved. There are separate Conditions listed online for internet bidders. 8 All sales are final. Refunds will not be given to attending bidders except in case of damage by the auctioneers after the purchase has been made. Refunds will not be given because of the condition of the original box. In the case of a refund due because of damage during shipping, the buyer will be refunded only when the auctioneers have been reimbursed by the professional shipping company. Missing pieces of toys and games not obvious without directions or knowledge of the toy or game are also not part of this guarantee. Miniature figures - major defects, damages, repair and/or repainting have been noted where possible. It must be understood that we cannot be responsible for minor age defects or hidden conditions. They will be sold in an "as is" condition. Original boxes were used to protect the items inside, so they are usually worn to some degree. The original box is not included in the grading of the toy, ever. An original box described as "rough" should be considered as in very poor & distressed condition and may or may not be complete. It must be understood that toys were played with by children. Consequently, when a toy is graded C1, it has more flaws, such as rust, dents, worn tires, etc., than toys graded C6. However, the toys graded C6 also might have these flaws, but to a lesser degree. We do not grade a toy based on its rarity or desirability. When grading toy trains we strictly adhere to the TCA standards which we are a member of (12-67544). 12 Items must be paid for within 10 days of sale and picked up or shipped within 14 days of sale, items not shipped or picked up are considered abandoned property and all rights of ownership are forfeited.  These items will be resold or disposed of.  If you have a specific question about any piece being auctioned and need more information than is listed in the catalog, please call in advance of the auction and ask for assistance, 765-762-9300.

We offer professional World-Wide in-house shipping for all items and or lots in our auctions. We can and do combine items the best we can for efficient shipping. Once your item invoice is paid, we move that invoice to shipping and you will be notified by email from ShippingSaint a company we utilize for the lowest shipping rates possible. Once your items are carefully packed, a shipping invoice is generated through Shipping Saint and sent to you in an email. Once your shipping invoice is paid, your package(s) are sent within 1-3 business days, depending on weekends and holidays. We ship internationally via USPS. Pickups at our facility are possible and encouraged.  Items must be picked up within 14 days of sale or your items will be considered abandoned property and you will forfeit all rights of ownership.  You can pickup your items at our facility once you have made contact with us and have an appointment. We are very busy, but very flexible with pickups. Auctions end on Saturdays but please call us on the Tuesday morning after the auction and we should be ready to schedule a pickup. Modern Era Lionel O Gauge Santa Fe Special O/O27 Gauge Electric Train Set 6-11900. This complete electric train set includes a 4-4-2 steam locomotive with operating headlight and smoke, tender, flatcar with two removable automobiles, flatcar with removable trailer, operating log dump car with wood logs, and a bo-car. Also features an illuminated caboose, die-cast tractor, seven sections of straight track, twelve sections of curved track, and a remote uncoupling track.  NIB, new in box Mint C10.  Un-torn cellophane over-wrap. 

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge 6-11810; Anheuser-Busch Budweiser O27 Gauge Train Set featuring a GP-9 Diesel Engine, a boxcar with metal axles and wheels, operating knuckle couplers, an Anheuser-Busch caboose, transformer, straight and curved tracks, lockon and wires and UL-listed transformer.  Set looks unrun C9+, contents are unrun/un-unused but packing/inserts show some minor signs of age.  Set box lid flap has been clear taped shut in the past, cut open for photographs.  Box is clean, shows little wear, super square and solid but again shows some minor signs of age.  Nice looking "King of Beers" train!

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge 6-11775 Anheuser-Busch Limited Edition Replica Train Set featuring a die-cast steam locomotive with operating headlight and smokestack, tender with handrails, a reefer with Anheuser-Busch markings, and a caboose with Anheuser-Busch markings. Also includes straight track, curved track, an approved transformer, and wiring. Trains look C9 displayed/test run.  Components bag is still factory sealed.  Box shows little wear, clean, very square and very solid, minor signs of age.

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge 6-11929 Warbonnet O-27 Gauge Electric Train Set, Ready-To-Run. This set includes the Lionel 212 ALCO FA2 Diesel Locomotive, three streamlined passenger cars with interior illumination, magnetic couplers, and metal wheels and axles. The set comes with everything you need to get started, including track and a power pack.  Box has un-torn cellophane over-wrap, contents are assumed C10.

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge Pennsylvania Multiple-Unit Non-Powered Commuter Cars Set, 18310. The set runs on regular 'O' Gauge track and features illuminated interiors with passenger silhouettes and operating directional headlights.  Trains look C8+ with very light run time on wheels and rollers, clean cars.  Box has some corner dings, clean, bright, square and very solid.  

Modern Era Rail King by MTH Electric Trains O Gauge 30-2154-1 Galloping Goose Rio Grande Southern U.S. Mail Motor No. 5 in original box with instructions and literature.  Train looks C8 with light run time.  Box shows little wear, price/inventory sticker, clean, bright, square and very solid. 

Modern Era Rail King by MTH Electric Trains O Gauge New York Central Mohawk Die-Cast Steam Engine No. 3000, MT-1101. With operating smoke and whistle, Runs on O-27 Track, DCRU Electronic Reverse Unit, train looks C8 with run time.  Box shows little wear, price sticker, clean, bright, very square and very solid.  Instructions and literature included.  

Modern Era Williams Electric Trains O Gauge No. 5602 NYC Niagara 4-8-4 steam locomotive and tender, New York Central cab number 6010.  Loco has ding in boiler between domes on engineer's side, eccentric crank is repaired on engineer's side.   Box has opened seams, taped with clear tape.  Box is clean, bright, fairly square and solid.  Styrofoam clamshell is in excellent shape with light wear.

Modern Era Williams Electric Trains O Gauge No. 4103 FM Trainmaster, New York Central #2311 diesel locomotive, Crown Edition, ready-to-run in original box with instructions.  Train has flaw/melt mark in paint/shell at exhaust stacks.  Train otherwise looks C8 with very light run time.  Flaw could easily be hidden with some exhaust weathering for realistic layout operation.  Box shows little wear, clean, bright, square and solid with an excellent styrofoam clamshell. 

Two Modern Era Lionel O Gauge Rio Grande GP-7 Diesel locomotives in original boxes.  One is a powered engine numbered 8454, and the other is a non-powered dummy unit numbered 8455.  Includes original boxes.  Powered unit has sticker residue on fuel tank, test run C9.  Dummy is un-run C9-10.  Boxes have loose display windows, wear to flap folds, dummy box has a detached inner flap.  Boxes have price/inventory stickers.  Boxes have excellent styrofoam clamshells.  Clean, bright, square and solid boxes.  Fantastic looking trains.

Modern Era Rail King by M.T.H. Electric Trains O Gauge 30-4027-0 Baltimore Transit Trolley Set, Mint C9-10 in factory sealed package. The set includes a single trolley car, UL approved transformer, 31" x 31" RealTrax circle, lighted lockon & wire harness, and an interactive RealTrax track laying CD-ROM.  Cellophane overwrap has minor tears with tape repairs.  Cellophane has never been removed, box has never been opened. 

Modern Era K-Line Electric Trains O Gauge No. K-1125 Operation Desert Storm 6 Unit O-27 Gauge Train Set, includes engine, operating radar car, gondola, depressed flat car with missile, medical dept. car, UL listed AC transformer, straight, curved tracked, lockon and wires.  Set looks un-run C9-10.  Loco is test run C9.  Box shows some light wear around some corners and edges.  Excellent styrofoam with un-removed items.  Box is clean, bright, square and solid and includes instructions, 1991 Toy Fair catalog and other literature.

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge L.A.S.E.R. Train Set (6-1150) includes a DC switcher engine, four special cars with glow-in-the-dark parts, and a large 36" x 64" space age play mat. This set features a satellite tracking car, a flat car with a surveillance helicopter, and a security car.  Set is C9-10, factory sealed original box.  Overwrap is slightly split on an end and has split on top.
