All of Elliott Auctions sales are open to the general public in a cataloged online only format through our App, website, and multiple bidding platforms. Like any traditional auction, we require all bidders to be registered in advance to bid in our sales and to agree to our Terms of Sale. Bidders are issued a unique bidder or paddle number for each sale. All bidders will pay 15% buyers premium paying with a credit card, bidders paying with cash, check, or money order will pay a 15% buyers premium. We accept CASH, check, or major credit card (4.1% fee). Payment in advance is required in order to pickup your items. To schedule a time, contact our office in advance. Please be sure to bring ANY assistance and ALL the packing material you will need, we do not store used materials and do not have staff for loading. We have always shipped in house, and once we receive payment for your items, we can pack and send your shipping quote. We use Shipping Saints to get the best rates in the industry. Your items are professionally packed, using only the best quality materials. Bidding Terms 1 These Conditions apply to those bidders in attendance, online, through our App, or phone bidding directly through us. If you are participating through Live Auctioneers, please read the Terms & Conditions listed there as they will be applied to you. 2 The auctioneers have endeavored to correctly catalog and describe the property being sold, but all property is sold "as is". The auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. All toys are sold as untested and are not guaranteed to work. All pieces to play sets and model kits have been photographed. We don't guarantee the completeness of the sets or kits unless they are described as sealed or complete in their lot description. 3 The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneers shall have absolute discretion as to who was the successful bidder or auctioneer may re-offer the disputed item for sale, if auctioneer so wishes. 4 Successful bidders must pay in full within ten days of sale, and items are not available for pickup until invoiced. In the event of a problem with the internet service, we will stop selling and wait for the internet problem to be resolved. There are separate Conditions listed online for internet bidders. 8 All sales are final. Refunds will not be given to attending bidders except in case of damage by the auctioneers after the purchase has been made. Refunds will not be given because of the condition of the original box. In the case of a refund due because of damage during shipping, the buyer will be refunded only when the auctioneers have been reimbursed by the professional shipping company. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded in case of a returned item. 9 The auctioneers are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. 10 The auctioneers are not responsible for items not collected by attending bidders. 11 Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these conditions. Elliott Auctions, LLC guarantees the toys they sell, but cannot be responsible for repairs not visible without taking the toy apart or replacement parts created by contemporary craftsmen who are doing expert restorations. Missing pieces of toys and games not obvious without directions or knowledge of the toy or game are also not part of this guarantee. Miniature figures - major defects, damages, repair and/or repainting have been noted where possible. It must be understood that we cannot be responsible for minor age defects or hidden conditions. They will be sold in an "as is" condition. Original boxes were used to protect the items inside, so they are usually worn to some degree. The original box is not included in the grading of the toy, ever. An original box described as "rough" should be considered as in very poor & distressed condition and may or may not be complete. It must be understood that toys were played with by children. Consequently, when a toy is graded C1, it has more flaws, such as rust, dents, worn tires, etc., than toys graded C6. However, the toys graded C6 also might have these flaws, but to a lesser degree. We do not grade a toy based on its rarity or desirability. When grading toy trains we strictly adhere to the TCA standards which we are a member of (12-67544). We provide in-house shipping for all items/lots in our auctions. We can and do combine items the best we can for efficient shipping. Once your item invoice is paid, we move that invoice to shipping. Once your items are packed, a shipping invoice is generated through Shipping Saint. Once your shipping invoice is paid, your item(s) are sent within 1-3 business days, depending on weekends and holidays. Please call us with any shipping questions and we will be happy to answer them.

Pickups at our facility are possible. You can pickup your items at our facility once you have made contact with us and have an appointment. We are very busy, but very flexible with pickups. Auctions end on Saturdays but please call us on the Tuesday morning after the auction and we should be ready to schedule a pickup. Most times, it can happen on Tuesday. Ballerina 8 Accordion by Stanelli & Bernelli in period case. Instrument appears in excellent condition with very light to little play wear, padded leather strap in excellent used condition. Bellows show little to normal wear. Case is in excellent condition with very light wear, all latches work.

Princetti Accordion by I. Busilacchio in period leather case. Instrument shows very light to little play wear, padded leather strap in excellent condition, tarnish on metal attachment points. Bellows shows little to normal wear. Case is in excellent condition with very light wear, all latches working.

Prince Accordion by Stanelli & Bernelli, cream and gold in period case. Instrument shows very light to little play wear, padded white and tan leather strap. Strap has some missing/loose stitching, some cracking/tears. Bellow shows little to normal wear. Case has moderate wear and tear, mostly to edges and seams, one piece of missing trim (arrow head point shape). Latches work, handle is strong.

Artiste Accordion black and chrome in black skin case with white piping. Instrument shows very light to little play wear, padded black leather straps broken in two places. Bellows show little to normal wear. Case is in fantastic condition showing little wear, except to the cloth instrument cover which has some small wear holes/spots about 3/8 inch diameter. Instrument is simply marked with a badge with Artiste.

Carbonari Accordion; red and white with gold trim and accents in period gray leather case. Instrument shows little play wear, padded leather straps. Bellows show little to normal wear. Case shows light to mild wear, mostly to corners.

Ancona Accordion very ornate sound opening, black case with white lettering. Period leather straps appear used with mild wear. One black key is missing, white (mother of pearl?) keys have a few that have the surface lifting from the wooden portion of key. Case overall is in very good condition with little wear, some minor scratches and scuffs, one small piece of missing of black laminate. Small section of black case laminate is lifting on the right side of the key board. Missing the leather retaining strap on one side of bellows.

Kelnhofer's Patent Zitherin, Milwaukee Wis. 12 string lap guitar/harp instrument in very clean original condition. No large apparent cracks, no heavy scratches. Missing some strings, still needs a better cleaning and polishing to wood and especially around the tuners and tuner area. Back of instrument is missing the buttons for sitting the instrument on a table, and shows light normal wear.

Lynn McSpadden signed; Model: Special T34-W Serial Number: 6966 dulcimer from The Dulcimer Shoppe, Mountain View, Arkansas. Other than having signs of being handled, instrument looks perfect. No chips, cracks or scratches to surface, just finger prints. Instrument will look fantastic with a normal clean and polish. Hard case shows little signs of use or wear, just some dust on outside.

Harmony Supertone Bradley Kincaid Houn Dog guitar, in well played and used condition. Guitar was personalized (Vallie E. Huggins Cutler ILL RR1) and has been nailed and screwed in many places and is missing the bridge. Tail piece may or may not be correct, missing endpin/strap button. Guitar is dusty and dirty from age and storage. Hard cloth case is in poor condition, front has been painted with a personalized farm scene.

1996? Fender DG10/12 NS S/N 96051090 12 string guitar in hard case. Guitar body has holes drilled, missing pick guard, neck has been cut/thinned and ground into, neck has marker and paint markings. Only six strings present, incorrect endpin. Exterior of guitar case shows light wear, very light scuffs and scratches. Interior needs vaccumed. Case includes one key.

Harmony Stratotone 6-string electric Copper and White. Guitar looks fantasic with only an inch long scratch at top of body front, a couple small scrapes at bottom side and a few minor nicks and scratches elsewhere to paint. No worn through spots. Chip guard looks good with only scratches and a minor tight crack at the switch. There appears to be a custom guard around input jack. Volume and Tone knobs have light wear to letters, no cracks. Tuning knobs are good with no chips or cracks. Metal is clean and shiney. Endpin appears original and matching in patina.

1983 Gibson Challenger 6-string electric with Roland GK-3 in a Road Runner hard case. Serial Number: 81743573, June 23rd, 1983 Nashville, TN. Guitar body has been nicely refinished, pickups seem to have been changed, knobs are in excellent condition. Neck looks straight. Tuning pegs and hardware are clean and shiny. Pickguard has normal pick wear, no cracks or breaks. Case shows light wear, some light scratches and scuffs. Two keys included.

1934 Gibson L-50 Arch Top 6-string Acoustic guitar in hard case. Sunburst body has a very tight crack that runs from bottom of face up to the bridge and a tight crack that runs down left side of the face towards but doesn�t extend to the F hole. There are two pick scratches in body below the pickguard. Metal hardware is clean, tarnish free and shiney. Neck looks straight. Sunburst finish appears to be completely original and untouched or refinished. Beautiful instrument. Case has seperation to the layers at bottom of case, mostly to exterior, some minor wear and tear.

Kay 6-string sunburst hollow body electric guitar in hard case. Guitar appears to be in completely original condition, with original parts and finish. Pickguard shows signs of light wear from use. Body has no chips or scratches that go through finish. Neck looks straight. Metal hardware is slightly tarnished and dull. Guitar is overall clean, but would definitely look better with a normal cleaning and polishing. Knobs show little to moderate wear to finish. Case shows light wear and tear with some scratches and scuffs.

Fender Squire model SD-7, serial number 11001159 6-string acoustic guitar in TKL World Class Cases hard case. Instrument appears to be in excellent original condition with original parts and finsih. There is some tight cracking in the rear of where the neck connects to the body. There are a couple super tiny nicks to finish, none on face. Metal hardware is clean and shiney. Guitar has some very light display dust, otherwise just needs a normal cleaning and polish. Guitar includes an Ernie Ball modern nylon strap. Case has a small fairly neatly repaired crack, otherwise shows light wear, light scuffs and scratches.

1966 Fender F-15 181273 6-string acoustic in case

Crescent 6-string electric guitar in soft generic black nylon bag with a blonde faux wood tone/grain. Instrument shows light signs of use/play on pick guard. No chips, cracks or scratches to body, neck or head. Could use a normal cleaning. Nice looking guitar. Bag shows little wear with no rips or tears, light signs of use.

SX VTG Series Custom Handmade 6-string electric guitar Serial Number 20690678, in padded soft bag. Instrument shows light signs of use/play on pick guard. No chips or cracks to body, neck or head. Bottom of body has some white that can't be felt on it, that may or may not polish off. Body has a light haze that should polish off, very light scratches to finish that will polish out. Could use a normal cleaning and polishing. Nice looking guitar. Bag shows little wear with no rips or tears, light signs of use, dust.

Ovation Preacher serial number E11859 6-string electric guitar in original Ovation hard case. Guitar is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks to head, neck, body, pick guard. No heavy scratching, no belt buckle or zipper marks on front or rear. Finish has normal finger smudges, grime and some very light scratching. Guitar will clean and polish to look nearly new. Super light scratching to pickguard with none extending into body. Metal parts are perfectly clean and shiney. Control knobs show no wear. Instrument appears ompletely original. Case shows light use with normal scuffs and marks around the edges and corners, otherwise very clean and in excellent solid condition with a key. Original Ovation booklet for the Preacher included along with a generic amp cord.

Danelectro 6-string electric guitar, 3-pickup Deluxe? Guitar is in very good used condition with very light chipping around front and back edges. Vynil laminate around sides is fully intact. Some scratching to the head. Some chrome is worn off two of the three pickups. Three knobs are missing the "title" portion of of the control. Pick guard is in fantastic condition with little wear or scratching. Hairline crack to face at sides of neck. Overall guitar is clean and excellent looking.

Woods Instruments WG92M 13102652 6-string acoustic guitar in near new condition. Finger prints and super light scratches here and there. Light pick marks to pick guard, a couple extend into body. This instrument should clean and polish to look near perfect. Musician's Gear padded soft bag included. Bag show light wear, name written in personalization space, dust.

Older wooden acoustic guitar, simply marked inside on the back "Made In U.S.A." Really nice painted Sunburst finish with a white/cream border, painted frets. Minor cracking to the "laquer" or top finish layer in a couple spots. Some minor nicks to some edges/corners, some pick marks to front below pick guard. Nice older guitar in excellent playable condition. Included is a hard case with mild wear inside and out, some dust and debris. Four guitar picks and paperback book included.

Blonde 6-string acoustic guitar in hard case. Guitar has had the original paper label mostly removed. Guitar has a beautiful blonde finish with cream striped edges with black pin-striping. Front looks super nice with normal finger printing to body, light pick marks on pick guard, light pick marks extending into body. Some possible green crayon marks to front. Back has a mild amount of buckle/button scratcing. Most if not all is only into the top clear finish and Not into the wood or colored portion of finish. There are "glue" marks around the connect point of neck and body. Guitar should clean and polish to look excellent. Included is a hard case with light wear inside and out, some dust and debris.

Older leather bound leather handled acoustic guitar case. Case has damage at the main center clasp, no missing material, might be repairable. Case has light to moderate wear and tear overall, with light wear and tear to intrior. Case is dirty with some dirt and debris inside. Latch bodies are marked "G&S", two function as intended and the third could with repairs to the case. Case measures approximately 40-3/4" long, 15-3/8" at the widest point and 4-3/4" wide. Handle has wear to pivot point areas, quite intact with normal wear.

Unmarked 5-string banjo with Bakelite resonator. Looks some what like a Harmony Reso-Tone? Neck measures approximately 20-1/2" long. Remo head is approximately 11" diameter and shows little to very light wear. Newer unmarked bridge, clean. Instrument only has the four longer main strings, clean. Metal parts are fairly clean with no heavy oxidation, some should clean/polish to look a little better. Bakelite molded plastic resonator is approximately 13" diameter. Resonator has light scratching to the back with no cracks. Neck has a very tight hairline crack at base of neck on the top. Neck and head stock may have been refinished. Generic strap included.

Gretsch 5-string resonator banjo with "X0743640" engraved in rim, in hard case. Resonator has light scratching, sides have some dings and scratches at top and bottom. Finish appears to be original. Metal parts are fairly clean and shiney. Head and bridge are clean and appear to be newer, strings are clean and rust free. Tuners appear to be original, none are cracked or repaired. Banjo is overall fairly clean. Instrument could use a normal cleaning and polishing and would look a little better. Case has surface rust on metal hardware and parts, otherewise light to mild wear and tears inside and out, some dirt/dust. Latches all work, handle is solid. Levy's PM13 padded leather Banjo strap in excellent condition with little to no wear included.

Hondo HB-75 5 string resonator banjo with armrest in hard case. Finish of resonator has some light scratching and rub marks that are only in the "clear" portion of the finish and don't go into the wood. Marks in finish should clean and polish out to look nearly new. Armrest shows no wear. Neck and headstock appear to be in excellent original condition, fret markers are inlayed. There appears to be price sticker residue on the back of the headstock between the tuner gears. Metal is clean, shiney and bright. Head shows play marks, little wear. Bridge is clean and looks newer, unmarked, matches instrumently nicely. Case is in excellent used condition with light wear and scuffs to outside. Interior shows little to light wear. Handle and latches are solid and function.

Paramount Wm L Lange Style B 4 string resonator banjo with armrest. Headstock has chipping to labels. Tuners/tuning pegs have been changed. Resonator has tiny and light chipping/scratches mostly to edges of back. Head shows play wear, bridge looks newer. Neck and finger board show little wear, other than one fret marker is missing a very small piece. Metal is clean, shiney and bright. Case is missing handle and locking latch is partially detached. Case shows wear and tear to edges and highpoints. Surface rust on some metal parts. Interior is in very good condition, zipper is in good working order, could use a cleaning. Original turners, detached latch portion, bracket (J-hook) key, bridge, more included.

S.S. Stewart Universal Favorite 325 5-string banjo in case. Finish on wood has scratches and nicks from use, nothing truly distracting. Metal parts are clean, bright and fairly shiney. Instrument could use a normal cleaning and polishing. Silver Creek archtop banjo case, hard sided with little wear, two keys included, clean and shiney metal work.

On-Stage Stands RS7000B Rack Stand for equipment, amps, etc. Excellent used condition with no wear, some signs of use and a little dust. No damage, operates as intended.

Woodson model: W150-2 serial number: WA8110 guitar amplifier/amp in nice used condition. Amp shows little wear, some dust, metal is tarnished. Amp could be cleaned and polished up to look better. Cord is in good shape.

Custom Kraft Model No. 900c Solid State guitar amplifier Serial No. 1127386 with foot switch input. Amp is in nice condition with some dust and storage grime, some light wear here and there with some "skin" coming loose in rear. Quam speaker appears original, undamaged, never removed. Cords are in good shape. Grill appears to be original and in excellent condition with no tears, loose threads or repairs. Case and interior should clean to look much nicer. Knobs appear original, background appears original and should clean to look much nicer. This could clean up to make a very neat looking vintage amp.

Gibson Electronics Falcon GA 19 RVT guitar amplifier Serial No. 776986 in nice condition with some dust, two small tears to grill, worn label face. Case shows little wear and tear, good cords, foot switch appears to be in good shape. Handle is in good condition. Amplifier should clean up to look a little nicer.

Gibson GA-20 RVT guitar amplifier Serial No. A026959 with foot switch in very nice condition with some dust. Case shows little wear and tear but does have a couple very small holes/tears. Cord look good, power cord plug has been changed. Foot switch appears to be in good shape. Handle is in good condition with the wrap trying to come loose, stitching is still strong and intact. Amplifier should clean up to look a little nicer.

Marshall G 30R CD 80w guitar amplifier in good used condition. Case has some wear and tears, rust on handle sides and some screw heads. Handle is solid. Grill is untorn, no damage. Cord is in good shape. Speaker appears to be original, undamaged, never removed. Amp could use a good cleaning and should make a pretty decent looking amp.

Fender Mustang I V2 20 watt guitar amplifier with power cord and guitar cable. Amp is in very nice condition with little wear to case, dusty, handle shows no wear. Grill shows no wear or damage. Nice looking amp.

Crate GX-15 guitar amplifier, a little dusty, a few minor nicks to corner guards, good cord. Excellent looking used condition.

California CG-15 guitar amplifier in excellent used condition with little to no wear other than dust. Case shows no wear, no scuffs, no tears, good cord.

Gorilla GG-20C Chorus guitar amplifier with good cord. Speaker wires have been bared and taped over. Case shows light wear, some dust, minor nicks to case/skin, surface rust on some screw heads and some other parts. Good handle.
