All of Elliott Auctions sales are open to the general public in a cataloged online only format through our App, website, and multiple bidding platforms. Like any traditional auction, we require all bidders to be registered in advance to bid in our sales and to agree to our Terms of Sale. Bidders are issued a unique bidder or paddle number for each sale. All bidders will pay 15% buyers premium paying with a credit card, bidders paying with cash, check, or money order will pay a 15% buyers premium. We accept CASH, check, or major credit card (4.1% fee). Payment in advance is required in order to pickup your items. To schedule a time, contact our office in advance. Please be sure to bring ANY assistance and ALL the packing material you will need, we do not store used materials and do not have staff for loading. We have always shipped in house, and once we receive payment for your items, we can pack and send your shipping quote. We use Shipping Saints to get the best rates in the industry. Your items are professionally packed, using only the best quality materials. Bidding Terms 1 These Conditions apply to those bidders in attendance, online, through our App, or phone bidding directly through us. If you are participating through Live Auctioneers, please read the Terms & Conditions listed there as they will be applied to you. 2 The auctioneers have endeavored to correctly catalog and describe the property being sold, but all property is sold "as is". The auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. All toys are sold as untested and are not guaranteed to work. All pieces to play sets and model kits have been photographed. We don't guarantee the completeness of the sets or kits unless they are described as sealed or complete in their lot description. 3 The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneers shall have absolute discretion as to who was the successful bidder or auctioneer may re-offer the disputed item for sale, if auctioneer so wishes. 4 Successful bidders must pay in full within ten days of sale, and items are not available for pickup until invoiced. The auctioneers reserve the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the auctioneers deem such action necessary to protect their interest. 5 The auctioneers will accept as payment of each purchaser's account: cash, credit cards, certified checks or personal checks which have been approved by the auctioneers. All purchases are subject to the Indiana 7% sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a Sales Tax Exemption Number from any US state. 6 There is a 19.1% Buyer's Premium on payments made with a major credit card. For purchases made by cash, check or money order, the Buyer's Premium shall be reduced to 15%. 7 All of our auctions are listed with Live Auctioneers and other platforms. In the event of a problem with the internet service, we will stop selling and wait for the internet problem to be resolved. There are separate Conditions listed online for internet bidders. 8 All sales are final. Refunds will not be given to attending bidders except in case of damage by the auctioneers after the purchase has been made. Refunds will not be given because of the condition of the original box. In the case of a refund due because of damage during shipping, the buyer will be refunded only when the auctioneers have been reimbursed by the professional shipping company. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded in case of a returned item. 9 The auctioneers are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. 10 The auctioneers are not responsible for items not collected by attending bidders. 11 Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these conditions. Elliott Auctions, LLC guarantees the toys they sell, but cannot be responsible for repairs not visible without taking the toy apart or replacement parts created by contemporary craftsmen who are doing expert restorations. Missing pieces of toys and games not obvious without directions or knowledge of the toy or game are also not part of this guarantee. Miniature figures - major defects, damages, repair and/or repainting have been noted where possible. It must be understood that we cannot be responsible for minor age defects or hidden conditions. They will be sold in an "as is" condition. Original boxes were used to protect the items inside, so they are usually worn to some degree. The original box is not included in the grading of the toy, ever. An original box described as "rough" should be considered as in very poor & distressed condition and may or may not be complete. It must be understood that toys were played with by children. Consequently, when a toy is graded C1, it has more flaws, such as rust, dents, worn tires, etc., than toys graded C6. However, the toys graded C6 also might have these flaws, but to a lesser degree. We do not grade a toy based on its rarity or desirability. When grading toy trains we strictly adhere to the TCA standards which we are a member of (12-67544). We provide in-house shipping for all items/lots in our auctions. We can and do combine items the best we can for efficient shipping. Once your item invoice is paid, we move that invoice to shipping. Once your items are packed, a shipping invoice is generated through Shipping Saint. Once your shipping invoice is paid, your item(s) are sent within 1-3 business days, depending on weekends and holidays. Pickups at our facility are possible. You can pickup your items at our facility once you have made contact with us and have an appointment. We are very busy, but very flexible with pickups. Auctions end on Saturdays but please call us on the Tuesday morning after the auction and we should be ready to schedule a pickup. Most times, it can happen on Tuesday. Modern Era Lionel O Gauge 1501 Midland Freight set in box, consisting of: 8512 Santa Fe dockside switcher, 6150 A.T.&S.F. hopper, 6258 SF gondola, 6576 operating derrick, Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe bobber caboose, track, transformer, connecting wires, literature. Loco looks C6-7, rest of trains look C8. Box lid has tears in the corners, one going into top of lid, masking tape repair.

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge 1384 Southern Express freight set in original box consisting of: 8302 Southern 2-4-0 steam locomotive and tender with working headlight and chugging steam sound, trains range C5-7, tender has surface rust on underside parts. Transformer and crossover, no track. Box lid has a corner with a detached piece, included. Lid has wear and masking tape, bottom has mild wear.

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge 11735 NYC New York Central Flyer freight set in original box consisting of: 8632 4-4-2 steam locomotive and New York Central tender with operating headlight, smoke and whistle; 16375 NYC flatcar w/stakes; 16238 NY&NHRR boxcar, New York Central System caboose, train look C8. Track, literature and other components included. Box shows a little wear, trains insert is torn between loco and tender.

Modern Era Frito Lay The Snack Express freight set, O Gauge ready to run completely assembled, sealed in original box, C9-10. Box wrap is partially torn on one end, but not enough for box to be opened, factory sealed.

Modern Era Frito Lay The Snack Freight cars: TE4310 Tostitos boxcar; TE4320 KC Masterpiece tank car; TE4330 Doritos gondola, unrun C9-10. Boxes show little to no wear.

Modern Era Lionel O Gauge building kits in sealed boxes: two 22915 846K municipal buildings, 12976 843K "Dobson" Victorian building, 12977 844K "Kindler" Victorian building. One 22915 wrap is partially torn and box has some fading but items have never been removed. Buildings are assumed C9-10, packages show light to moderate wear and tears, storage dust, some fading.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 1613S steam type freight set with smoke in original boxes. Set consists of: 247 Baltimore and Ohio 2-4-2 steam locomotive with 247T B&O streamline tender, 6821 flatcar with crates, 6826 flatcar with Christmas Trees, 6819 flatcar with helicopters, 6017 SP type caboose. Trains look C6-7, tender is missing a step. No loads. Boxes have tears and missing flaps, missing display panels, no box for 6821. Set box has wear and tears, fully intact handle, untorn handle slot, storage dirt.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 1666 2-6-2 steam locomotive with smoke and headlight, 2466WX Lionel Lines whistle tender, X2454 Pennsylvania PRR boxcar, 2465 Sunoco tank, 2452X Pennsylvania PRR gondola, 2472 Pennsylvania PRR caboose, freight set, some cars have rust on truck assemblies and loco is missing bell trim, otherwise trains look C6+.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 2026 2-6-2 steam locomotive with smoke an headlight, an unnumbered tender without whistle, 6035 Sunoco tank in original box, 6032 Lionel gondola, 6037 Lionel Lines caboose. Trains look nicer C6+, clean. 6035 box has tear to inner flap, wear to corners and edges, box is still solid and very square.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 628 Northern Pacific NP GE 44 Ton diesel switcher locomotive, 3469 automatic dump car, 3482 automatic milk refrigerator car, 6167 Lionel Lines caboose, freight trains. 3482 hatch is missing a portion, 6167 has number 7 decal on each side, trains otherwise look C6. Lionel 160 bin and four original postwar Lionel milk cans included.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 2333 Santa Fe F3 diesel A-A locomotive units, screened roof vents, nose ladders, dummy unit is missing silver skirt, each unit has one conical porthole lens, powered unit has spotless battery lid and compartment, trains will clean nice C6.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 2023 Union Pacific Alco dummy A unit, C6.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 41 United States Army industrial diesel switcher, all three window struts are cracked on one side, C6.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 2037 2-6-4 steam locomotive and 6026W Lionel Lines whistle tender in original boxes, C7. Tender has a detached inner coupler protection flap. Loco box has good flaps. Boxes are square and solid, light wear. Nice matching set.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 2055 4-6-4 steam locomotive with smoke and headlight, 2046W Lionel Lines whistle tender. Loco has marker touchups and slightly dinged pilot steps, bent cab corner, tender has entire coal load marker covered, missing a rear step and a front bottom corner. Train otherwise looks C5. 2055 box missing all flaps, creased sides, tape, included.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 2046 4-6-4 steam locomotive and 2046W Lionel Lines whistle tender. Loco looks to be repainted, numbers are original C6. Tender has a reproduction shell that looks C8.

Postwar Lionel O Gauge 310 billboard frames with billboards, 140 banjo signal in original box, 927 lubricating and maintenance kit in original box, 262 flashing crossing gate. 927 is complete with fluid or grease in every container. Overall items are C6-7. 140 box has wear and a detached end flap. 927 box is square and solid with stains and fading.

Modern Era O Gauge freight trains; Lionel: 7701 Camel billboard reefer, 9313 Gulf 3-dome tank car 9152 Shell single dome tank car. K-Line: 6809 Southern operating wrecking crane, 6858 Southern boom car, 6112011 Southern illuminated caboose. Trains look C6-7.
