Postwar Lionel O 2046 steam locomotive and 2046W tender with whistle original empty boxes with inserts. Neither insert is torn or missing any material. Tender box is missing a tuck flap, and other end has light wear and tear to flap folds. Loco box and insert have layer separation to flaps on opened end, paper tape lifting on closed end. Boxes are clean, bright, very square and very solid.
