Prewar Ives/Lionel O Gauge transitional set No. 7003W Special. Set is comprised of Lionel-Ives 1661E 2-4-0 steam locomotive and Ives R.R. Lines tender, Lionel 1680 Sunoco 3 dome tank, Lionel Lines 1679 Baby Ruth box and 1682 N.Y.C. New York Central caboose. Loco drive wheels have casting fatigue. Trains should clean and polish to look very nice C6. No inner car boxes. Set box has very small tears at corner and an outer flap fold. Flaps have been somewhat folded inward. Label is slightly faded, but fully intact and well legible. Box is still fairly square and solid with light wear.
