Postwar Lionel O Gauge 400 powered Baltimore and Ohio B&O Rail Diesel Car RDC Budd car, C7 with original instructions sheet. Paint is solid and smooth, clean and bright. Box has loss of surface material to one end of box from tape removal, perfect insert, full sheet of wrapping paper with a few small tears at ends. Box is super clean, bright, square and solid as a brick.
