Boxed Marx O Gauge Set No. 3987 w/9923 overstamp NYC 999 2-4-2 steam locomotive and New York Central wedge shaped tinplate tender, 567 NYC side dumping car, 59 Union Pacific cattle car, 552 Rock Island C.R.I.&P. gondola and 556 NYC Lines caboose, trains are clean and shiny C7.  1239 50 watts transformer, original cord, replaced plug.  Clean and fairly shiny track.  Box bottom has original loco divider, rest of dividers are home made.  Bottom shows little wear, lid has some clear tape repaired corners.  Lid shows age but has strong and bright printing.  Box is square and solid and has an original Gimbels' price sticker.
