Postwar Lionel O Gauge No. 138 water tank in original box.  Accessory has a couple very small spots of layout residue/glue at bottom edge of base.  Tank has been displayed and should clean C6-7.  Two sides of box are sun faded, two sides are bright with strong print.  Box has some age darkening, some very light wear to top flap, still very square and solid.
