Postwar Lionel O Gauge sixteen No. 260 illuminated bumpers with two glossy boxes in pieces.  One bumper has a ground wire soldered to the center rail contact.  Bumpers range C6 to C8-9.  Boxes are dry and brittle with numerous pieces and flaps included.  One excellent original instructions sheet included.  Some loose screws/rivets included.
