Postwar Lionel O Gauge 681 PRR 6-8-6 steam turbine locomotive and 2046W PRR tender with whistle in original boxes.  Tender has a hairline at front screw, otherwise trains have been repainted to look C7.  Loco has the to remove whitish residue sticker under cab roof.  Tender box is missing insert and has clear tape repairs to flaps.  Loco box is missing flaps on one end, excellent insert.
