Prewar Lionel Standard Gauge 1835E with 1835T 2-4-2 steam locomotive and tender in original boxes.  Loco frame has some casting fatigue, drive wheels are fatigued, front truck assembly is complete but detached, boiler front doesn't fit correctly, headlight is tarnished, tender body is concave with casting fatigue, both units have a bit of light rust in some various places.  Loco and tender are a little dusty from storage, but have very solid paint with only normal losses, lighter play wear than normal.  Loco box has a detached but included inner flap, loose tape on cloth taped corner.  Boxes show very little wear, boxes show storage/age, near perfectly complete tape on both boxes, excellent ink stampings, boxes are very square and very solid.  Please carefully view all the photos of the items in this lot for the best description and condition.
