Postwar Lionel O Gauge No. 60 blue letter trolley with two piece sheet metal strap bumpers, trolley has a 8690 blue vented trolley roof, power supply insulator is present but missing pole.  Body has a missing roof securing tab.  Lettering is worn, otherwise trolley looks C6.
