Lionel TCA 20th Anniversary April 17, 1997 Train Collectors Association National Toy Train Museum Committee car in original box and signed by Angela Trotta Thomas on box and car.  Car is signed and numbered 88 in black Sharpie.  Car looks un-run C9-10.  Box shows no wear, round yellow paper sticker on one end and some sun fading to one end.  Box is bright, clean, square and solid with excellent signature in black Sharpie.
