Perfect for adding detail and realism to your model train layout.  Con-Cor kit is in factory sealed original box with un-torn over-wrap material, C9-10.  Other two are open box kits appearing to be complete and unassembled with parts on sprue and loose in sealed original packaging, literature and instructions included C9-10.  Boxes show little wear.
