Two AHM Minikits HO Scale trackside construction kits. One is Sand House #5827, and the other is Coaling Tower #5833. Both kits are open box appearing to be complete and unassembled with parts on sprue, literature/instructions included C9-10.  5827 box lid has storage dust/grime and is slightly concave, otherwise boxes shows little wear.
