This is a Walthers Cornerstone Gold Ribbon Series HO Scale Structure Kit of the Bauer Family Pharmacy, 933-3618. It is an easy-to-build kit.  Open box kit appearing to be complete and unassembled with parts on sprue, literature and decals included C9-10.  Box shows little wear.
