Includes components to assemble an observation passenger car.  Train is factory painted in a red, white and blue with silver roof scheme, similar to other American Freedom Train paint schemes.  Kit appears to be complete and unassembled with parts on sprue, instructions included, C9-10 in original box.  Box shows little wear.
