Proto 2000 Series 21346 Chicago and North Western 4427 PS-2CD High Side Covered Hopper in original box, C9-10. It is a factory assembled HO scale plastic model with C&NW road number 170068. Prototype history indicates that it was designed to carry 100 tons of intermediate density products.  Box shows no wear.
