This is a prewar Bing tinplate sheet metal watch or switch tower. The superstucture is painted in brown, the roof is green, and the shack is yellowish tan/mustard. The tower stands on a green circular base.  Roof has a round opening at the tip.  The shack is marked 'Bing' on the roof.  Approximately 9 inches tall, O Gauge?  Miniature railroad accessory has some minor surface rust, looks C5-6.
