This auction features two Louis Marx & Co. Stream Line Steam Type Electrical Train Sets in original boxes, No. 4822 and No. 5610. 4822 is comprised of: 400 0-4-0 plastic steam locomotive and New York Central plastic tender, 37952 Pennsylvania lithographed tinplate box car, 80982 Wabash tall sided lithographed tinplate gondola and 20110 New York Central Pacemaker lithographed tinplate caboose. Trains are super clean and shiny C7-8 original instructions included. No transformer or track. Box bottom has moisture damage and is weakened with a little damage/separation at an edge. Lid shows moisture stains, some small punctures, some writing, etc. Box is square and mostly intact but has some weak spots to the bottom, good inserts/dividers. 5610 is comprised of: tinplate 0-4-0 steam locomotive and lithographed tinplate New York Central tender, 241708 Baltimore and Ohio gondola, 20102 lithographed tinplate New York Central caboose. Trains looks beautifully clean and shiny C7-8 original instruction included. No. 309 transformer and eight sections of curved O27 track. Transformer has a hardened cord. Box lid has a strip of tape across the top, and a spot where some has been removed. Box is fairly clean, square and solid with good inserts/dividers.
