Lionel O Gauge Animated Fork Lift Loader Station, number 6-12798. Includes original box, forklift, figures, instructions, warranty and service station literature.  Accessory has been assembled and operated a few times, C7+.  Accessory has been un-assembled and returned to box with no apparent damage or missing parts.  Both styrofoam inserts are in excellent condition.  Box has tears at flaps, minor wear, bright, clean, fairly square and solid.
