Monogram 1/32 Scale 85-4857 Greenwood Corvette Riverside '75 Model Racing Car. As perhaps the ultimate Corvette racer/promoter, John Greenwood always had an interest in producing street cars and racecars powered by the big block Chevrolet engines. In the early 1970's Greenwood ran his creations in the SCCA events, notably Daytona and Sebring and was successful in winning several events in his class. In 1974 he developed what was known as the "wide body" Corvette for the newly established IMSA sanctioned series. This model represents the Riverside 75 bannered car as run in the 1975 Sebring 12 Hours. Car looks Mint in excellent original package.
