Postwar American Flyer S Gauge 312 PRR Pennsylvania die-cast 4-6-2 steam locomotive and tender. Loco and tender appear to have been "coated" in something that has browned over time. This washes off very slowly with warm water and Dawn dish soap. Train looks at least C6+ and might clean to look better.
