Pocher Torino K/73 1/8th scale model kit of the Alfa Romeo Spider Touring Gran Sport 1932.  Open box kit containing parts on sprue in factory sealed packaging, metal nuts, metal bolts and other metal and plastic parts on and off cardstock with literature, instructions, etc.  A few pieces of engine have been very neatly assembled.  Rest of kit appears completely unassembled.  Kit appears to be complete.  Box lid has an open corner that can be repaired.  Box shows some minor age and very light wear.  Box is quite bright, fairly clean and with a little repair to lid will be square and solid.
